When Adan isn’t turning residential real estate dreams into reality for his clients, he loves spending time with his family, staying active in the gym, and hitting the soccer field. Adan played collegiate soccer throughout the Midwest and South while attending Kentucky Christian University, where he earned 2nd Team All-American honors as a sophomore and served as team captain. He later transferred to the University of San Francisco, where he graduated with a bachelor's in Business Management.

With leadership skills honed on the soccer field and determination sharpened through his academic achievements, Adan brings a fresh perspective to the residential real estate market. Coming from a family with a successful background in real estate, Adan has learned the ropes from his father, Rick Alva. His early exposure to the industry, combined with a coachable attitude and strong work ethic, positions Adan for long-term success.
